We may offer a complimentary introductory consultation. This consultation is for informational and discovery purposes only and does not, by itself, create a contractual obligation for either party to proceed with paid Services.

Publishing and marketing outcomes — including book sales, reviews, retailer rankings, and decisions by agents, publishers, or retailers — depend on many factors outside our control, including retailer algorithm changes, market conditions, and an author's own decisions. While we draw on real, verifiable past results in our marketing (case studies and outcomes we can document), we do not guarantee specific results for any future engagement.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and blog posts — is the property of CycleWriterLLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission. Content we create for clients under a paid engagement is governed by the terms of that specific agreement.

This Site may link to or use third-party tools (such as GoDaddy for hosting and booking, or Google and Meta for analytics and advertising). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CycleWriterLLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our Services.
